Jishnu joined the team in 2018 2020 and is enjoying learning new things and providing technical support. His previous work experience was in India providing support and he is relishing the job here. Over the coming holidays phone support hours will be shortened, work on support tickets will keep happening but on a reduced roster, and we’ll be available 24/7 for emergencies.

As usual over summer, we will operate reduced hours for phone support. Emergency support remains available 24/7 and we'll regularly check emails and support tickets as well.
