Our API gives you programmatic access to SiteHost systems, tools and resources in your account. Some popular uses of the API are shown below, but generally speaking you can do almost anything that's possible with the SiteHost Control Panel. For a complete view see the full API documentation.

Create new Containers on Cloud Container servers, with the image of your choice.

Register, renew or transfer domain names to SiteHost - including bulk management.
DNS management
Easily create, edit, and manage domain name server (DNS) entries.

Getting breakdowns of bandwidth usage (daily, monthly and yearly).
Get started with the SiteHost API
To start working with our API you will need an API Key. So long as you have two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on, you can add your own API Keys through the SiteHost client area.
Enable 2FA
Find two-factor authentication under Account settings.
Add your own API keys
Select API from the main menu and you're on your way.
