Email 3 months' bills from your old provider to sales@sitehost.nz. We're not prying, just checking that you're making a real move. As soon as that's confirmed, we'll rebate your discount on any bills you've already paid, and lock in lower pricing for the rest of the 12 month period. Once that's done, we won't keep any info that we don't need to.
