As we're approaching the end of 2019, SiteHost will be entering into our reduced support period - here's the key dates to be aware of.
The year is almost done, and as we do every year SiteHost will be implementing an infrastructure freeze and reduced support hours. Below you'll find the dates of our freeze and reduced support hours and when we'll be closed over the break.
Infrastructure Freeze (11 December 2019 to 6 January 2020)
In the interest of system stability for both you and us over the break, we won’t be making major changes to infrastructure or applications unless absolutely necessary. We'd highly recommend you do something similar for your own self-managed applications or servers, as everyone needs a break.
If you do require urgent changes or provisioning jobs to be complete before the freeze please let us know as soon as possible.
Reduced Support (20 December 2019 - 6 January 2020)
Below you'll find our reduced support hours over the break. We will still have staff on-deck throughout, but at a reduced capacity (so that we can have a break too!)
